Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase and use of Freshist, a macOS app distributed from freshist.net. By buying or using Freshist, you agree to them.

1. License

Your purchase grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Freshist on up to 3 Macs that you own or control. You may deactivate a Mac and activate a different one at any time. The license includes all future updates at no extra cost.

2. Payment

Freshist is a one-time purchase. Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record, which handles billing, invoicing, and applicable taxes; your purchase is also subject to Creem's terms. Your license key is delivered by email. We don't create an account for you and never see or store your card details.

3. Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund, no questions asked. See our Refund Policy. Refunded licenses are deactivated.

4. Restrictions

• Don't resell, sublicense, rent, or share your license key.
• Don't redistribute or modify the app.
• Don't reverse-engineer it, except where the law allows.
• Don't exceed the 3-Mac activation limit per key.

5. What Freshist does to your files

Freshistlists every item with its size before removing anything, and moves removed items to the Trash rather than deleting them permanently. You are responsible for reviewing what you choose to remove and for keeping your own backups. The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss.

6. Intellectual property

Freshist, its name, logo, and content remain our property and are protected by copyright. These terms grant you a license to use the app, not ownership of it.
